Notebooks for handwriting, and a refreshed Tylode
The new Notebooks module, a redesign of the whole app, speaker notes in Studio and the founder offer.
New
- Notebooks. Write and draw by hand with a mouse, a finger or a stylus, on lined, grid, dotted paper and more. Import a PDF to annotate on top of it or as editable text, transcribe your handwriting to text and turn a notebook page into a Tylode page.
- A refreshed Tylode: a new design system, warm colors and a cleaner app frame in the editor, Home, boards, whiteboards, chats, calendar, My drive, Settings and Studio.
- Speaker notes in Studio, visible only to you while you present.
- Founder offer: Pro at €7 a month forever, for the first 200 accounts and until October 20.
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing on the same plan, from Billing.
- Delete a whole workspace, if you're its owner.
Improvements
- Deleting a board or a whiteboard sends it to the trash, where you can restore it.
- The Notion importer understands current exports better: structure, databases and links between pages.
- The Assistant understands dates in any language and summarizes in the page's language.
- In databases, the "Checked / % checked" rollup can be configured, and you can filter by select options.
- People who can't edit a page see it read-only, without controls that do nothing.
Security
- Several security improvements to files, polls and billing, and an update of the PDF viewer.
