Tylor, your AI agent, and capturing from your iPhone

An agent that searches, reads and creates in your workspace; a shortcut to add rows to a database from your iPhone; board labels and proper downloads in My drive.

New

  • Tylor, Tylode's AI agent (pronounced like tailor). It has its own section in the sidebar for long conversations, which are saved, and it also lives in the usual bubble (Ctrl/Cmd + J), where it knows which page you have open. It searches your workspace, reads your pages and creates pages, cards and events when you ask. It never deletes or changes anything of yours. It uses your plan's AI credits. More in Assistant.
  • Connect with iPhone. In any database, ⋯ → Connect with iPhone gives you a link and an iPhone shortcut that, when you run it, asks you column by column and adds the row: an expense, an idea, a book… without opening Tylode. You choose which columns it asks for, and select columns show up as options to pick from.
  • Board labels: each board has its own list of labels with a fixed name and color, added to any card in one click and changed on all of them at once.

Improvements

  • Downloads in My drive, each thing in the right format: a Studio design as PDF, PNG or .pptx; a notebook as PDF; an image, video or document as it is; and a whole folder as a .zip.
  • When you drop a card, it lands in the column where you drop it, including gaps between cards and empty columns.
