Post to your networks, Google Calendar up to date on its own and extensions on the free plan

Share a post ready to upload in one tap and connect your networks so approved posts go out on their own; Google Calendar catches up every 5 minutes; and on the free plan, two extensions at a time and storage that belongs to your account.

New

  • Share to post. Every RRSS Planner post has a Publish section. On your phone, Share to post opens the share menu with its photos or video and copies the caption: pick the network's app and paste. On a computer, it downloads the files and copies the caption. On every plan. More in RRSS Planner.

Changes

  • Two extensions at a time on the free plan. On the free plan you can have 2 Tylode extensions installed at once; on Pro and Premium, all of them. To try another one, uninstall one: nothing it saved is deleted, and it all comes back if you install it again or upgrade to Pro. If you already had more than two, you keep them all. See it in Settings → Extensions. More in Plans.
  • Storage belongs to your account. It counts your My drive, your presentations and notebooks, and the files in workspaces you own, instead of going per workspace. See how much you're using in Settings → Billing. Nothing is deleted: if you were already over your quota, you keep everything and just can't upload more. More in Limits.
  • Going back to your frozen workspace. If you joined someone else's workspace on the free plan by freezing yours, going back to your workspace now means leaving the other one. Tylode warns you and asks you to confirm first. More in Limits.

Improvements

  • Tidier RRSS Planner account settings. The window is wider and every tab fits in view. The four networks sit together in the Networks tab, and there's a new Connections tab to connect your networks.
  • "View in Apple or Outlook". What used to be called Subscribe in the calendar now says what it does: a private link to see your Tylode calendar in Apple Calendar or Outlook. For Google Calendar there's the two-way sync. More in Calendar.

In progress

  • Posting on its own to your networks (Pro and Premium). Connect your networks in Account settings → Connections and anything approved with Publish automatically at its time goes out on its own, or right away with Publish now. You see how it went on each network, with a link to the post, and we let you know if something fails. It works with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, and each network will open to everyone as soon as it approves Tylode.
  • Google Calendar, up to date on its own. The two-way sync now catches up every 5 minutes and whenever you open the calendar, without clicking anything, and it also connects from the desktop app, through your browser. It will open to everyone as soon as Google approves Tylode.
