Integrations
Integrations connect your personal accounts on other services to bring their information into Tylode. The Google one, for Google Calendar, can now be connected by anyone. The Spotify one is still pending Spotify's review.
Where they are
Integrations are in Settings → Integrations. They're personal: they connect your own Google or Spotify account to your Tylode account, and nobody else in your workspaces sees them.
Until Spotify finishes its review, its card shows as In progress, with no button to connect it. It doesn't appear in the iPhone app.
The Google integration connects your Google Calendar, read and write: it shows your upcoming events and keeps a Tylode calendar and your main Google Calendar in sync both ways.
Tylode only asks Google for access to the events in your calendars. It doesn't access your email, your Drive files or anything else in your Google account.
Connect Google
- Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Google.
- Choose your Google account and give permission. You'll come back to Tylode with the message "Account connected successfully."
In the desktop and iPhone apps, you give permission in the browser: you'll see "Continue in your browser: when you're done you'll come back to Tylode." and, once you finish, you return to the app.
With the account connected, the Google card shows when you connected it and lists your Upcoming Calendar events.
Calendar sync
Below it, Sync calendars lists the calendars of all your workspaces. For each one you can:
- Click Enable to pair it with your main Google Calendar, or Disable to stop.
- Let it sync on its own, every 5 minutes and when you open the calendar, or click Sync now to sync on the spot. The result tells you how many events were pulled from Google, sent to Google and deleted.
Events travel both ways between the chosen calendar and your main Google Calendar. If the same event changes on both sides, the most recent change wins. Your personal calendar isn't synced. See Calendar.
If you connected your account back when the integration was read-only, the card tells you: click Disconnect and connect it again to sync both ways.
Disconnect
Disconnect also removes the permission from your Google account and deletes the sync settings. Events already copied into a Tylode calendar stay there as normal events. What data is used and how is explained in the privacy policy.
Spotify
Once available, the Spotify integration will be read-only and show:
- Now playing: what you're listening to right now.
- Recently played: your latest plays.
Limits by plan
The number of integrations you can connect depends on your account's plan:
| Free | Pro | Premium | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Integrations connected | 1 | Unlimited | Unlimited |

Connect Tylode to other tools
For everything else, Tylode has a developer platform you can use today:
- Webhooks Pro: Tylode sends a message to a URL of your choice when something happens in a workspace, such as a new page, a new card or a card moving list. Each message includes a ready-made sentence, so pointing a webhook at a Slack incoming webhook URL posts updates straight into a Slack channel. See webhooks.
- REST API Pro: read and create pages, cards, events, messages and more with a personal access token. See the developer overview and authentication.
- Automation tools: services such as Zapier or Make can receive Tylode webhooks through their own webhook triggers, and call the REST API to create things in Tylode. There's no dedicated Tylode app in those services; you set up these flows with webhooks and the API. See recipes.
- AI tools: connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants to your workspace through the MCP server. With Claude and ChatGPT you just paste an address and sign in.
- Your own apps: register an OAuth application so other people can connect their Tylode accounts to it.
- Plugins: add third-party tools inside Tylode. See plugins.
